Pony Bead Dragon by Slersk Pony Bead Dragon by Slersk
I made him to use up some old supplies and then thought, why not offer pony bead dragons for sale too?

The benefits and problems with pony bead dragons in comparison to the smaller glass bead dragons:

*They are twice the size of 'e' bead dragons.
*They are plastic which makes them more durable in some ways(this possibly can make them available to younger children too).
*Because they are bigger beads I can use thicker, stronger wire; also making them more durable.
*Pony beads are often less attractive than glass beads as plastic can be more dull and comes in fewer colors. Also, iridescent pony beads will often have the iridescent paint wear off easily.
*They are stiffer/slightly less pose-able.

All in all, I am willing to make pony bead dragons as per request, but I don't think I will offer pre-made ones in my shop unless there is a demand for them.

Made out of pony beads? Since they are plastic and a little bit easier to make I can probably offer dragons at about $8 before shipping. They can be made in either Western or Eastern dragon, and you can choose what kind of wing shape you want if you get Western; butterfly, dragonfly, or dragon. You can get ideas as to what these look like by checking out my other dragons. If you would like one just let me know what colors and I will send you an invoice after you've seen a picture of the final product.

You make very interesting dragons. Reminds me to dragonflies but it's good - I like them. :D
